Make Money and Facilitate a Great Environment as an RA

Compass Rose Student Housing Services believes that creating a sense of community for its residents helps students to thrive in the classroom. A key factor in accomplishing this is the CRSH Resident Assistant Program.

Resident assistants (RA's) are students employed by CRSH who live in the housing program. They receive $10 per hour taken off their monthly rent. The CRSH resident assistants facilitate a positive living environment among students through constant and consistent communication and interaction.

Social programing events are scheduled on a regular basis to help residents experience a sense of belonging to the community, and hence a more complete satisfactory college experience.

The RA’s also serve as a role model to assist residents with any on or off campus needs. Compass Rose Student Housing works with students at Universal Technical Institute and Motorcycle & Marine Mechanics.
