Compass Rose Student Housing works with students at Universal Technical Institute and Motorcycle & Marine Mechanics to offer quality and affordable housing in apartments near their campuses.

There is a $180 administration fee to secure your spot. The fee is refundable only if you cancel within 30 days before your move-in date. Call us for more information.

• Two bedroom, two-bath apartments for four students
• Two students per bedroom
• Shared kitchen
• Shared living room
• Shared bathrooms

Traditional Housing

This program offers you an apartment near your campus that you will share with other like-minded students. Our program eases your burden of finding comfortable, affordable housing, allowing you to focus on school.

You either choose your roommates or we can match you up with some. You will live together in a furnished apartment that includes all the furniture and appliances needed.

If you choose the shared option, you will share a bedroom with one other student. You can also request your own room by choosing our private option.

Should you be assigned to a two-bedroom apartment, there will be no more than four students and no more than five students in a three-bedroom apartment. You pay only your portion of your individual lease, your roommates are responsible for their portion. We make it very simple.

You will need to bring some amenities, such as clothes, cleaning products, entertainment (stereo, video games), dishes, food, etc.

Application Tips: Remember to fill-in all sections, especially the ones about you and your housing choices. The more we know, the better we’ll be able to match you with a great place to live, roommates you like and lease terms to fit your budget.

The application, application fee and an apartment “Secure-Your-Sspot” fee must be received at least 30 days prior to the requested move-in date. Apply as soon as possible so you can lock in your housing payment before rates go up!
