Compass Rose Student Housing partners with Universal Technical Institute, Motorcycle & Marine Mechanics Institute, and The Aviation School of Mechanics to provide students with quality, affordable housing in apartments conveniently located near their campuses.



Our Luxury Apartments Feature:

• Two students per bedroom
• Shared kitchen

• Shared bathrooms

Traditional Shared Housing

This program offers you an apartment near your campus that you will share with other like-minded students. Our program eases your burden of finding comfortable, affordable housing, allowing you to focus on school.

You either choose your roommates or we can match you up with some. You will live together in a furnished apartment that includes all the furniture and appliances needed.

If you choose the shared option, you will share a bedroom with one other student. You can also request your own room by choosing our private option.

Should you be assigned to a two-bedroom apartment, there will be no more than four students and no more than five students in a three-bedroom apartment. You pay only your portion of your individual lease, your roommates are responsible for their portion. We make it very simple.

You will need to bring some amenities, such as clothes, cleaning products, entertainment (stereo, video games), dishes, food, etc.

Application Process & Fees

 When completing your application, there is a $50 application fee and a $180 administration fee required to secure your spot.

The “Secure Your Spot” fee is refundable only if you cancel at least 30 days before your scheduled move-in date.

All application details, fees, and the Secure Your Spot payment must be submitted no later than 30 days before your requested move-in date.

We encourage you to apply early to lock in your housing rate before prices increase!
