Referral Housing Program

The Referral Housing is an option for students who prefer to find and lease their own apartment rather than participate in our shared housing program. Compass Rose Student Housing provides guidance to help you explore your options, but students work directly with apartment communities to review availability, pricing, qualifications, and lease requirements.

In short: You choose the apartment, work directly with the leasing team, and sign your own lease.

Note: This is different from shared housing, where Compass Rose helps students with the housing process and roommate placement.
