Experience the advantages of shared housing with Compass Rose Student Housing. Our application process pairs you with compatible roommates and creates an engaging living environment. We provide housing options in select areas of AZ, CA, FL, TX, and VA, placing you near campus and within a dynamic student community.

The Shared Housing Application Process

Our application process is designed to make finding student housing simple, convenient, and stress-free. From your initial application to move-in day, our team is here to help you prepare you for a successful student living experience.

Pay Application Fees

All applications require a non-refundable application fee of $50 and a Secure Your Spot fee of $180 that must be paid 30 days prior to your move in date.
